FAQ's

I've never danced before, can I still come along?

Yes, absoloutely. Many people in the class have zero dance experience. We teach basic movements and join them together to learn full dances so anyone can take part. We do light dancing, heavy dancing (tap) and ceili or team dancing.

What do I wear?

Regular gym clothes and runners or dance sneakers.

Do I need to bring anything else?
Just plenty of water! We dance for the full hour of the class and it's pretty energetic so a large bottle of water is advised.
