We offer 3 class levels to accommodate all abilities; beginner, primary and advanced.

Beginner
Designed for first timers - no dance experience required! Will learn the basic first steps of light, heavy and ceili dancing at a nice easy pace.
6.30pm - 7.30pm

Primary
For dancers who already know the basics. Perhaps you've completed a couple of terms with us already or you did a minimal amount of Irish dancing as a child, this class as a step up from beginners.
7pm - 8pm

Advanced
For the experienced Irish dancers, this class will be a faster pace and more complicated choreography. Ideal for those who danced at open level as a child even if it's been a few years since your last jig!

FAQ's
I've never danced before, can I still come along?
Yes, absolutely. The beginners class is perfect. Many people in the class have zero dance experience. We teach basic movements and join them together to learn full dances so anyone can take part. We do light dancing, heavy dancing (tap) and ceili or team dancing.
What do I wear?
Regular gym clothes and runners or dance sneakers. Irish dance shoes if you have them but not essential.
Do I need to bring anything else?
Just plenty of water! We dance for the full hour of the class and it's pretty energetic so a large bottle of water is advised.
Do I have to sign up for classes?
Payment is per term so in blocks of nine or ten classes. However, you're welcome to come along and try your first class before signing up for the whole term.
